Add Question After

Add Passage

Mostly used in reading comprehension type of questions. Where one passage is displayed and more than one question are based on the passage

Move Up Move the currently displayed question or passage up in the sequence
Move Down Move the currently displayed question or passage down in the sequence

Delete Question

Delete the current question

Insert Attachment

Image, audio, video clip can be attached at question text or choice level

Add Choice

Add the choice to current question

Remove Choice

Delete the choice to current question

Add Row

Adding a row to the choices (Only for MT, HGR, VGR, HGMR,  and VGMR question types)

Remove Row

Remove the highlighted row from the choices (Only for MT, HGR, VGR, HGMR,  and VGMR question types)

Add Column

Adding a column to the choices (Only for MT, HGR, VGR, HGMR,  and VGMR question types)

Question Metadata

Metadata or attributes of a specific question. These are used to for generating tests, analysis and reporting

Question Solution

Opens a new window, where question specific solution can be defined. User will see this solution in the detail report, if user is granted to have the access

Upload Questions from Word Doc

Allows to upload questions from the word template

Points

By default question inherits the points defined at the test level (see Scoring Tab). Points defined here overrides test level

Penalty Points

By default question inherits the penalty points defined at the test level (see Scoring Tab). Penalty points defined here overrides test level

Choice Randomization

Choice randomization can be specified only for SR and MR type of questions. Also the radio buttons are visible only when the Choice randomization property at the test level (as specified in the Properties tab) is ON. This question level property can be used to randomize all the choices, all choices except the last one (useful for questions having "All of the Above" / "None of the above" kind of choices), or turn off randomization completely for this question

 

Survey Comments

For survey questions, you can also enable comments entry on specific question by checking the checkbox. To enable comments on all questions, just go to the properties tab and check Enable Survey Comment checkbox

EduBrite Platform supports 11 types of questions. These question types are selected when adding a new question. Please click here to see more details about question types.

Meta Data 

Metadata helps defining a type of content is in an individual question.  Metadata is defined two ways:
1.    Click   to define the metadata for an individual question.
2.    Click   to define metadata for multiple questions at a time.


This is how metadata screen looks. Click on any metadata grouping and select the appropriate value.

 

Change Log (Approval Log)

Allows to view the approval or rejection activities for a test. Following screen appears when  

is clicked.
