Managing External Candidates in Exam

External user is an additional role which can be enabled in a microsite. To enable this role you will have to contact EduBrite support team. Once enabled, you would be able to invite external users to take an exam. From the site management point of view, external users do not count in the regular site users (which is limited by your site plan). User counts are shown separately for internal users and total users. License max user checking will be still based in internal users.

If you are creating exam for external candidates, use the exam wizard and in the third step you can add external candidates in the exam, by uploading a CSV file (comma separated values) for adding external candidates in the exam. You can send their username/password and link to the exam in an email by sending them email from Candidates tab. You can also delete any candidate, and expire the account of an external candidate from this page.
