Q. Do I have to signup for a long term contract?

No, all plans for EduBrite business or personal edition are available on a monthly basis. However you pay only for 10 months if you decide to go for a yearly subscription and pay upfront. Check pricing page for more details.

Q. Is there any restriction in terms of number of assessments or number of trainings that I can conduct per month?

No, there is no restriction on the number of assessments or trainings that you want to conduct. Each tier of the plan indicates how many users (trainees) you can have in the system every month. Check the Feature Comparison page for more detail about the Business Edition

Q. Is there any usage limit during the trial period?

No. During the trial period you get a full access of a 25 user plan.

Q. Can I host EduBrite Business edition (full or assessment) microsite within my network, or you only provide hosted model?

We only support hosted (SaaS) model.

Q. How easy it is to create my own tests, as I don't need pre packaged content?

Infact we promote that usage, it is very easy to start creating tests by going through some quick tutorial lessons. You can also refer to the Test Authoring and Test Delivery sections in our Knowledgebase. The tests can be created using a simple and intuitive test authoring editor available in the microsite or by having a MS Word/Excel based template and uploading into your Business Edition microsite.

Q. I dont have pre packaged courses. Will EduBrite provide me with training or assessment content?

EduBrite Business and Personal editions have been specifically designed to overcome the often difficult task of building engaging training courses. With EduBrite you can rapidly build training courses by uploading your existing training material. Simply upload your PowerPoint presentations, PDF, Word, Excel, audio, video files and other related training documents and EduBrite will automatically create a training framework around your information.

Q. Are all my contents safe and secure? Are they backed up regularly?

Yes. All EduBrite accounts are password protected and when you are online using EduBrite you’re protected by a SSL (HTTPS) secure connection. All data are securely hosted in a data center and backed up on a regular basis.

Q. Whats all about Gilly and Google Apps integration?

If you are using Atlassian Confluence wiki, then you can use the Gilly plugin to integrate your EduBrite microsite with your confluence. That way all your confluence users can participate in assessments and training right from inside their confluence account. If you are using Google apps then you get single signon experience while using the Edubrite microsite from inside Google Apps.

Q. How much would Gilly or Google Apps integration cost me?

There is no extra cost for using the Gilly plugin or Google Apps integration. You only pay for the EduBrite microsite according to the pricing plan.

Q. Can I use personal edition in my small business?

If you have to train or assess just a few individuals occassionally in a year, personal edition might be good for you. We always recommend to try both personal and business edition (30 day free trial is always there). When in doubt, start with personal edition to get familiar with the product and try out business edition some time later

Q. I've created my training content over years and I want to protect it from copying-printing, will you platform help in any IP protection?

Yes, we respect your IP concerns and have added unique capabilities in our platform to disallow downloading or printing of your content in tests and courses. Feel free to contact support team to understand the details about it.

Q. Does your platform supports SCORM?

Yes, we support SCORM 1.2 and 2004 specifications. But for those users who don't want to use SCORM we provide a built in course and quiz editor to easily assemble online courses without nay knowledge of SCORM. 

Q. I want to sell my training courses with online payment and coupon codes, can I do that in EduBrite?

Yes, EduBrite would be a very quick way for you to start monetizing your content. You can integrate with Paypal / CCAvenue and also offer various types of coupon codes for your customers. Read more about ths feature

Q. Who is an active trainee?

An active trainee is a user who is allowed to log into the system. Active trainees can take courses, assessments, quizzes; submit assignments; and participate in polls, survey and team collaboration. Administrator manages trainees. Inactivating a trainee frees up a seat for new trainee. 

Q. Can I change (upgrade / downgrade) Business Edition plan anytime?

Absolutely! Both monthly and yearly plans are allowed to be upgraded or downgraded anytime.

e.g. If you want to upgrade 100 users plan to 200 users plan or downgrade 200 users plan to 100 users plan.

Q. Does yearly plan offer discount over monthly plan?

Yes. Yearly plan is 10 times cost of the monthly plan so you get 2 months absolutely free.

Q. How can we get more than 500 trainees plan?

If your training program needs more than 500 trainees then please contact us for pricing.

Q. What if I have 350 trainees do I have to signup for 500 trainees plan? 

We allow to create custom plans. Please contact us. 

Q. How does 30 days free trial works?

All EduBrite business plan starts out as trial accounts. These account can be upgraded anytime to paid plan with the 30 days period. After 30 days, you will be given the message about plan expired. You can convert the free trial to paid plan and continue.

Q. What form of payment method are accepted?

30 days free trial does not require any payment information. You can make payment anytime using credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) or Paypal.

Q. How can I cancel the plan?

You can cancel your payment plan through Paypal and it automatically cancels EduBrite plan. You can also contact us to cancel the plan.
