LMS Site tour can be fully customized, It's title/messages can be changed and if needed new tour stops can be added. For customizing first existing tour's code needs to be added in CMS and that code can be changed as needed. 

• In CMS add a data source called " EB-TOUR.js" and place default tour code in that [Support team can copy default code]
• In Site properties add a custom property - CUSTOM_TOUR=true 
• Tours title/content can be updated in EB-TOUR.js. If new stops needed a new block for stop can be added in that block element refer to point you want to show in the page.
