Forum Digest

A forum digest contains summary of active posts, those were posted/replied in specified period. Daily digest contains last 24 hours active posts and weekly contains last 7 days active post. Forum digest can be enabled at group level.

Following site level settings are required to enable forum digest in a site

Site level settings

Email Settings

Site level email setting 'Forward group emails to all the members of the group' should be enabled. This setting can be enabled from Site Admin -> Email Settings -> General Settings (tab) -> Other Settings section.

Email Template - FORUM_DIGEST should be enabled to use forum digest for any group.

Group Settings

To enable forum digest for a group, enable following group options setting present in Email notification section.

Send forum digest daily to all group members
Send forum digest weekly to all group members

UnSubscribe Forum Digest

A unsubscribe link is provided using that user can unsubscribe from forum digest email. If user profile, unsubscribed email types are listed and provides option to subscribe back.
