Subscribe using Auth Code (aka Coupon Code)

Subscribing to a course session (or an assessment) using an auth code (aka coupon code) is fairly simple in EduBrite LMS. As a user who needs to subscribe to a course or assessment you must already have the auth code corresponding to the course or assessment. The auth code can be obtained from the provider of the course in some format which is usually decided by the course provider. Refer to Auth Code Setup document to see how auth codes are generated for a course or assessment by the provider.

Steps to subscribe

• Sign up to the site where the course session is being provided. Check the User Administration document to see how user can register themselves on their own. Site administartor can also register a user on his/her behalf.
• Once logged into the site, navigate to the Catalog page using the menu item Events -> Catalog

• Specify the auth code in the field provided for auth code and hit the Go button. The system would subscribe you immediately to the course (or assessment) and directly take you to the course dashboard.
