Gilly - Report Macro for Confluence

Report Macro allows embedding of reports in confluence pages. This article describes the intended usage of this macro.

To insert this macro, open the macro browser and select EduBrite LMS macro. Next select the report type you like to see. Only one instance of the macro can be embedded on a page. So if you like to see multiple reports, create multiple pages and embed the macro in them with different report types.

Based on the report type selected above, you will find one of the below output on the page.

Type	Description
No Selection (default)	By default, if you don't specify a report type, then macro will show the group drop down (showing groups where current use is an admin) and links to download CSV reports.
Usage chart	Graph of overall system usage from last 60 days. Top 5 activities will be shown as a line graph
Top n courses chart	Bar chart of Top n courses from the enrollment perspective
Enrollment chart	Bar chart of enrollment in all courses based on the selected group from the drop down. Drop down will show groups where current user is an admin in LMS
Learners report	Tabular detailed report of the course session enrollments. Report can be filtered for a group. Report is also sortable and downloadable in CSV format Sort By can be specified as courseSession user date (enrollment date) awardDate (completion date) status
User report	Tabular report of all users in any group and quick summary of #courses enrolled vs completed.
Event report	Tabular report of all the event's participants. Filtering can be done by group to filter events created for specific groups. Sort By can be specified as event startDate user joinDate attended status
Program report	Tabular list of all the program memberships. Filtering can be done by group of the member. Sort By can be specified as user program status date dueDate credit awardDate validityExpDate
Group summary report	Quick summary of count of course enrollments vs completion in any group
Course summary report	Quick summary of course enrollments vs completion by courses.
