Enrolling Learners to Trainings

Enrolling learners to trainings - events, course sessions, program sessions.

There are a few ways a learner can be enrolled in trainings e.g. events, course sessions, or program sessions by LMS administrators or their other users who have permission. Here are quick tips of using a specific path to meet a specific scenario:

1. Enrolling a single user in multiple events/course sessions/program sessions

This can be performed from the Edit User page. 

To find this option, navigate to Users -> View Users-> Edit (the specific user) -> Choose the entity (Events/Course Session/Program) in which the user needs to be enrolled -> Enroll the user

Note: The role of the user in the entity (learner for an event and learner/Instructor for course session and program session) should be specified during enrollment.

2. Enrolling multiple users in a single event/course session/program session

This can be performed by navigating to the Members/Candidates tab of the specific entity.

To find this option. Go to the entity (Event/Course Session/Program) -> Members/Candidates -> Enroll users

Note: The role of the users in the entity ((earner for an event and learner/Instructor for course session and program session) should be specified during enrollment. If users with different roles have to be enrolled, they can be enrolled in batches.

3. Enrolling multiple users in multiple course sessions/program sessions

This can be performed from the User -> View Menu. Navigate to User list-> Click on Choose an Action -> Choose the action you wish to perform e.g. Enroll Members to Course Session

Note: The role of the users in the entity (learner/Instructor for course session and program session) should be specified during enrollment. If users with different roles have to be enrolled, they can be enrolled in batches.
