To access learner's progress in enrolled courses, update user information or view user's test attempts, locate the user in the Site Users listing.
User List
To look at all tests taken by a learner (including practice tests), click on the Tests link. Test History shows user's all test attempts, test scores, status and additional statistics. To open a attempt click Test Name link.
Course Transcripts
To look at learner's transcripts (enrolled courses and progress), click on Transcript link. course transcript page shows learner's full progress in that course - completed/not completed items in the course, time spent, test scores, enrollment details, grades etc.
Page shows multiple tabs to provide details about course specific items like Lessons, Tests, Survey, Scorm.
Print certificate and download Transcript options are also present on transcript page. There are two icons present to open course summary transcript and program transcript summary.

Completion Status -
completion status link shows course's all items status, If an item is locked it shows a lock icon. If a test's all allowed attempts are exhausted it provides a 'Allow More' option to allow more attempts.
Course Transcript Summary

Course Transcript Summary page shows users all enrolled courses summary - enrollment date, completion date, due date, score, certificate etc. There is a pdf download option link present to download course transcript summary.
Program Transcript Summary
Program Transcript Summary page shows users all enrolled programs summary - join date, due date, completion date, credits/score, certificate, badges etc. There is a pdf download option link present to download program transcript summary.
