Group purchase allows a user to purchase a course in bulk for multiple users. By default when user purchase a course user gets self enrolled in the course/program but in group purchase flow, when user completes a transaction a coupon is issued to the user and that coupon can be used for enrollment. 

Coupon link is presented at payment success page and link is also sent to the user through email. 

Group purchase feature should be enabled to allow bulk purchase.

Payment Page 

If group purchase feature is enabled, Payment page shows an additional entry field to enter number of seats. If user specified number of seats that purchase is considered as group purchase.

Once user completes all fields and completes the transaction, Payment success page appears. 

Payment Success

payment success page provided total amount, Transaction Id, Invoice Id and provided an option to proceed for enrollment, It opens coupon details page that provides option to enroll users in the course or send coupon link to other users for self enrollment.

 On payment success a coupon notification email is sent to user, That included Items price, units and a link to proceed to enrollment page. 

Coupon-Enrollment Page 

Coupon Details section provides coupon specific information like how many times it can be used and balance.  Right side panel provided option to enroll users in the course using coupon or send coupon link to other user's email for self enrollment. 

New User :  To add a new user and enroll in the course - Enter user's first name, last name and emailId and click 'Enroll', User account will be created and user will be enrolled in the course. Course enrollment email will be sent to the user. 

Existing User : To enroll an existing user in the course just enter user's username and click 'Enroll' 

 Send Link for Self Enrollment : 

 Using Send link option email can be sent to users those can self enroll in the course. 

Coupon Usage details 

Coupon page provided usage details, that included username, enrollment date and price etc. 

Inbox Message - Coupon page link 

Coupon page can be later accessed using inbox message that contains page link.
