There are scenarios when you need to reapply grading rules on users those have already taken course and course grading specific changes you want to apply on those user's grade.
Changes that impact grades -
- Change in course item's gradable/non-gradable property,
- Change in course item;s mandatory property
- Change in course property 'Auto Award'
- Change in Course session's grading scheme.
Steps to apply grading rules to all course sessions members -
Enable Grading Tab ( if not enabled ) -
Access Course Session Settings -
Settings select 'Gradebook' checkbox.

A Grades tab appears on Course Session details page.
Course Session Grading List
- Increase page size to get more records in single page.
- Select check box present on header to select all learners.
- Click 'Apply Grading Rule'
Success Message -
Grades Updated
Grades page refreshes and shows - Users updated grade, Users completion marked ( as per new settings)
